Renewed Travel Restrictions in Europe due to Increase in COVID-19 Infections
European countries are again imposing strict restrictions on travel at a time when the number of new coronavirus infections in Europe is growing.
England to Abandon Almost all Coronavirus Restrictions
On Monday, England will do away with all of its legal coronavirus restrictions in what many people have dubbed "Freedom Day".
Masks will no longer be compulsory indoors, social distancing will be abolished and more than six people will be allowed to mix inside homes for the first time since September last year.
Turkey further relaxing COVID-19 restrictions as of Thursday
Turkey on June 27 announced further easing of COVID-19 restrictions from July 1 as part of a gradual normalization from the outbreak.
According to a circular issued by the Interior Ministry, curfews will be fully scrapped and intercity travel restrictions will end as of Thursday.
Netherelands Changes Rules for Arriving Bulgarians
The Netherlands abolished the requirement to submit a negative PCR test, as well as the mandatory 10-day quarantine for those arriving from Bulgaria, as of June 4, 2021. This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Russia extends suspension of flights to Turkey until June 21
Russia will extend temporary restrictions on flights to Turkey until June 21 due to the serious coronavirus situation there, the country's anti-coronavirus crisis center announced May 31.
Meanwhile, flights between Moscow and the Belarusian capital of Minsk will be increased to up to 10 per week as of June 10, it said in a statement.
France Adds More Countries on Its Mandatory Quarantine List
Five more countries will be added to France's mandatory 10-day quarantine list, French government spokesman Gabriel Attal announced Wednesday.
The list of countries will be released shortly, adding to the seven countries - Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Qatar - that have appeared on the list since last week.
Severe cases set course for possible new curbs
Turkey will keep a close eye on the course the number of COVID-19 patients in critical condition will take in the weeks ahead to decide whether to introduce even harsher anti-virus measures.
