Djokovic to face Young in Australian Open first round

MELBOURNE - Serbia's top-ranked male tennis player Novak Djokovic was on Thursday drawn to face American Donald Young in the Australian Open first round.

Djokovic, a six-time Australian Open champion who is returning from an injury that kept him sidelined for six months, is the 14th seed and could face Frenchman Gael Monfils in the second round.

MELBOURNE - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic will make a return to the court before the Australian Open by playing at the Tie Break Tens tournament in Melbourne, the organisers have confirmed.

Rafael Nadal and Stan Wawrinka are also confirmed to take part in the unusual tournament, where matches consist of first-to-10 point tie breaks.
