Djokovic beats Fucsovics to advance to Roland Garros third round
PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros third round after defeating Hungarian Marton Fucsovics 7-6 (7-2), 6-0, 6-3 on Wednesday evening.
He will next face Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, who beat Frenchman Luca Van Assche 6-4, 7-3, 7-6 (8-6) in the second round.
The prize money at Roland Garros is 49,600,000 euros.

A cartoon published on Thursday by the famous French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo has angered Romanian fans of the winner of the Roland Garros Tennis tournament, Simona Halep.
The magazine published a drawing of Halep holding the trophy and a caption reading: "A Romanian wins Roland Garros: Scrap iron! Scrap iron!"

Troicki ousted by Basilashvili
PARIS - Serbia's Viktor Troicki is out of the Roland Garros tennis tournament after losing 7-6 (7-3), 7-6 (7-2), 7-6 (8-6) to Georgian Nikoloz Basilashvili in the second round on Wednesday.
Basilashvili won their first-ever encounter after 161 minutes of play.

Successful Start For Grigor Dimitrov in Paris
Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov started with a victory his Roland Garros Grand Slam participation in Paris by winning 6:2; 6:3; 6:4 vs French vet Stephane Robert, reported BNR.
In the second round of the tournament Dimitrov will play vs 5-time quarterfinalist Tommy Robredo from Spain.

PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked male tennis player Novak Djokovic on Thursday held his first training session with new coach Andre Agassi.
The session in the Roland Garros complex in Paris officially marked the start of the Serb's collaboration with the legendary American as images of the two became viral on social media networks.
