COVID-19 in Bulgaria: 54 New Cases in the Last 24 hours
There are 54 new cases of COVID-19 in Bulgaria, and one infected person has died, according to the data of the Unified Information Portal.
In the last 24 hours, 648 tests were performed for COVID-19, which means that the positive results are 8.3 percent.
Supreme Court preserves access to abortion pill for now
The Supreme Court on Friday preserved women's access to a drug used in the most common method of abortion, rejecting lower-court restrictions while a lawsuit continues.
China reported its First Death from Bird Flu H3N8
China notified the World Health Organization (WHO) that a woman infected with H3N8 bird flu had died last month, DPA and Reuters reported.
This is only the third known case of human infection and the first fatality from this strain of bird flu.
The other two cases were also reported in China last April and May, the WHO said.

Cocaine worth €600,000 found on container ship
A shipment of cocaine with a street value of €600,000 was found on a container ship in Piraeus last Sunday, authorities have announced.
The cocaine, which was wrapped in 20 packages of cocaine, weighed about 17.5 kilograms.
