Bulgaria's Head of State, President Rumen Radev, awarded Stara Planina Order, 1st Degree, to China's ambassador to Bulgaria, H.E. Mr. Zhang Haizhou, reports BNT.

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has vetoed penal code amendments and returned to parliament the revisions for a new debate, his press office said, reports Focus News Agency. 

President Rumen Radev, who is on an official visit to Jordan at the invitation of King Abdullah II, will meet with him today in the capital, Amman.
 
In the Royal Palace, the Bulgarian President and his wife Desislava Radeva will be greeted with an official ceremony of their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania.

From December 15 to 17, President Rumen Radev will be on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan at the invitation of King Abdullah II bin al-Hussein, reported BGNES.

Discussion on "Elections - Transparency and Trust" will be held on the initiative of the head of state Rumen Radev, reported the Bulgarian National Television. 

Representatives of the legislature, the executive and the judiciary are invited to attend the meeting.

"There can be no successful policies without a strong economy, just as there can be no strong economic performance without an adequate state policy towards businesses, with regard to quality of education, administrative burden, the fight against corruption," said President Rumen Radev at a meeting with representatives of the Association of the Organizations of Bulgarian Employers.

On December 5th, we celebrate the International Volunteer Day, reported the Bulgarian National Television.

For the first time, the day was celebrated in 1985 on the initiative of the UN when the world organization urged all parties to express their respect and gratitude to the volunteers, giving more visibility to their work.

President Rumen Radev presented the Bulgarian position of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, which takes place in the Polish city of Katowice, the press-secretariat of the head of state announced. In it he linked ecologically clean energy to the supply of Russian gas to Bulgaria, reports Dnevnik. 

In his address at the official opening of the campaign the Head of State pointed out the purpose of this year "Bulgarian Christmas": to provide up-to-date high-tech equipment and support comprehensive care for such children.

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said at a meeting with heads of major trade unions in Bulgaria, Plamen Dimitrov and Dimitar Manolov and representatives of coal mining trade unions that a clear commitment from the state for the development of coal mining and the Bulgarian TPPs was necessary.
