Russia's Lavrov to discuss planned four-way Syria summit in Ankara
Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Aug. 13 a four-way Syria summit "is planned in the upcoming future", with the leaders of Russia, France, Turkey and Germany attending.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is in Belgrade "formally in order to prepare the visit of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev."
That is what the Moscow-based newspaper Kommersant is writing on Monday, according to the Beta agency.

Relations between Serbia and Russia are "developing well, in the mutual interest," Serbia's PM and the Russian ambassador in Belgrade said on Friday.
Russia wants to build helicopter service center in Serbia
Russia would like to establish an international or, at least, regional service center in Serbia that would repair Russian and Soviet-made helicopters.
Those would include military and civilian craft, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said on Tuesday.

Syria's destiny should be decided by its citizens who will choose their country’s leadership, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said.
