PM Citu: Romania, fully prepared to enter Schengen area
Romania is "fully prepared" to enter the Schengen area, Prime Minister Florin Citu told his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte. "Yesterday we had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte.
Slovenian, Croatian FMs discuss economic zones in Adriatic Sea
Zagreb – The foreign ministers of Slovenia and Croatia, Anže Logar and Gordan Grlić Radman, assessed after their talks in Zagreb on Friday that they had managed to raise the Slovenian-Croatian relations to a higher level in the past ten months. The talks focussed on Croatia’s exclusive economic zone in the Adriatic Sea, and included the border arbitration.
Travel quarantine exceptions list expanded
Ljubljana – Starting on Friday citizens of Slovenia and other EU and Schengen countries are able to enter the country without quarantining if they had left the country to perform maintenance work on private property in another EU or Schengen country, or to provide care or aid or to visit their child.

European Commission Proposes Mapping Coronavirus Occurrence Rate in Member States
The European Commission has proposed the inclusion of a new category in the map of Europe, which identifies the varying degrees of coronavirus spread. It will be colored in dark red, that is, it will indicate areas where the infection spreads especially quickly.

However, Jutarnji list writes, there are still some states in favor of enlargement within the EU. Greece, Bulgaria and Slovenia are certainly among those. However, the three countries have something else in common, which qualifies them for proving the famous saying that "with such 'friends', we don't need enemies".

Sweden to lift travel curbs to Greece and nine other European countries from June 30
Sweden will lift its advice against non-essential travel to 10 European countries from June 30, the foreign ministry said on Wednesday.
The countries are Greece, Croatia, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, France, Iceland, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
