The Nation Alliance should agree on a common candidate for the presidential elections, the İYİ (Good) Party leader has said, stressing that the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) should nominate its own contender as it is not a member of the oppositional alliance.

İYİ (Good) Party leader Meral Akşener criticized the controversial remarks on Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, by an imam in Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque.

Nation Alliance slams escalation during Akşener visit to Black Sea region
Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has said a verbal attack against İYİ (Good) Party leader Meral Akşener in the Black Sea province of Rize is an organized act.
