Bulgaria Participates in NATO's Cyber Coalition 2023, Enhances Cyber Defence

Bulgaria is actively engaged in NATO's Cyber Coalition 2023, a significant cyber defence drill recognized as one of the world's largest exercises. The Defence Ministry reported the exercise featured 1,000+ participants from over 30 NATO structures, member states, partners, and EU entities.

Cyberattack forces Culture Ministry IT systems shutdown

The Culture Ministry's website and computer systems have been down since Wednesday morning because of a cyberattack, authorities have announced.

The website and systems were taken down for security reasons after the attack, while tne ministry and the National Cybersecurity Authority are investigating. Authorities say they have found no stole data so far.

China says US chipmaker Micron failed security review

Bulgaria: There are Suspects for the Assassination Attempt against the Chief Prosecutor

"There are suspects in the attempted assassination of the Prosecutor General". This was announced by acting Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Demerdzhiev at a briefing in the Council of Ministers, where a meeting of Prime Minister Galab Donev with representatives of the security services was held.
