Turkey Urged to Ensure Quake Survivors Can Vote in Elections

"The fact that displaced people are still unable to vote where they are is nothing more than a deprivation of citizenship," TIHV said in a statement on Wednesday.
Earthquake strikes Ilia region
A 3.9 magnitude earthquake struck the region of Ilia in the Peloponnese on Wednesday morning at 9.45 a.m.
According to the Geodynamics Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the epicenter of the quake was at sea and located 14 kilometers southwest of the port town of Kyllini, at a depth of 30 kilometers.

Death toll exceeds 50,000 in quake disaster

Damaged buildings left untouched 24 years after Marmara quake

5.2 magnitude earthquake strikes off west coast of Crete
A magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck off the west coast of Crete on Tuesday evening, the National Observatory of Athens has said.
The epicenter of the quake, which occurred at 6.36 p.m., was in an underwater area 98 kilometers southwest of Kythera.
The focal depth was estimated at 14 kilometers.

Buildings in Malataya heavily ruined from inside after quakes
While almost none of the buildings in the southeastern province of Malatya's Bostanbaşı neighborhood collapsed in the earthquakes, the buildings that looked intact on the outside were almost completely ruined on the inside.
