Djuric: Level of trust, capacity for negotiations lowered

Gov't annuls legal consequences of Pristina's acts on Trepca

BELGRADE - The Serbian government on Tuesday decided to annul all the legal consequences of acts and actions by the interim self-government institutions in Pristina regarding the factual and legal position of the Trepca mining complex, PM Aleksandar Vucic said.

"We were compelled to make such a decision as we want Trepca to continue to operate," he told a press conference.

Kosovo wants to take Telekom property worth 31.5 mln euros

BELGRADE - Kosovo wants to appropriate the entire Telekom Srbija property in its territory, worth around 31.5 mln euros, and practically become its owner, Blic reported Friday, quoting an unnamed source in the Serbian government.

The source said this was the main novelty in the requests Pristina made in last week's discussions with Belgrade in Brussels.

BRUSSELS - Belgrade has not agreed to establishment of "telecommunication enclaves" for Kosovo Serbs, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija, Marko Djuric, said Friday after the Belgrade and Pristina delegations had failed to reach a deal on the implementation of an agreement on telecommunications following days of talks in Brussels.
