Vucic meets with Ljubljana mayor to discuss EXPO 2027 plans
LJUBLJANA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic on Thursday to discuss plans for EXPO 2027, to be hosted by Belgrade.
In a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram profile, Vucic thanked Jankovic for exceptional hospitality.
Vucevic: Belgrade elections should be called as soon as possible
BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Defence Minister Milos Vucevic said on Friday new local elections in Belgrade should be called as soon as possible.

Vucic: Serbia to chair GPAI
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Thursday Serbia would be chairing the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) in the next three years, as co-chair in the first and the third year and as lead chair in the second year, and noted that this was "magnificent news for Serbia."

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Ana Brnanbic received Belgian Ambassador to Belgrade Cathy Buggenhout on Tuesday.
The parties agreed that bilateral relations between Serbia and Belgium were good and that meetings of officials of the two countries had had a positive impact on the continuity of political dialogue, the government press bureau said in a statement.

Djedovic Handanovic: Serbian lithium reserves Europe's third-largest
KOPAONIK - Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Djedovic Handanovic said at the Kopaonik Business Forum on Tuesday Serbia's lithium reserves were the third-largest in Europe and that the country could supply as much as 20 pct of a market comprised of the EU, the UK and Norway, helping to produce around a million electric vehicles a year.
