The Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) should be formed by the Kosovo Serbs pursuant to the Brussels Agreement, and not by ethnic Albanian politicians.

Serbian Orthodox church in Kosovo village broken into
Unknown perpetrators have broken into and robbed the Serbian Orthodox church dedicated to St. Petka in the village of Drsnik, near Klina.
The incident in this municipality in Kosovo happened during the night between Saturday and Sunday, Tanjug reported on Monday.
Albanian children attack bus carrying Serbs with stones
A bus that was carrying Serbs from Orahovac to Velika Hoca in Kosovo was attacked with stones on Wednesday afternoon.
Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti said the incident happened as about 50 residents of these two Serb enclaves in Metohija were returning from Kosovska Mitrovica.

In case Pristina fails to form the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo on its own, the Serbs have the full legitimacy and legality to do so.

Although it has committed itself to this at the top political level, Pristina is still unwilling to discuss the topic, he said.
Belgrade-Pristina dialogue to continue on Monday
The Belgrade-Pristina dialog will continue in Brussels November 28-30, the Beta agency has reported.
The talks will focus on the implementation of the agreements reached in connection with the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO), the judiciary, telecommunications and freedom of movement.
