Community of Serb Municipalities "no threat to Albanians"
Marko Djuric says that the future Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo is "no threat of any kind to (ethnic) Albanian population."
Its goal, the head of the Serbian Office for Kosovo and Metohija told the state broadcaster RTS, is to "protect Serbs in the province."
EC comments on "association of Albanian municipalities"
The agreement to create a community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo "cannot be linked with the association of municipalities in southern Serbia."
The European Commission made this comment via a spokesperson on Tuesday.

Milos Stevic has suffered knife injuries during an attack carried out by several ethnic Albanians in Klokot, southern Kosovo, RTS has reported.
The 23-year-old Serb was taken for treatment to the local hospital and his condition is stable. "The wounds inflicted on him targeted internal organs and were potentially fatal," doctor Bratislav Lazic said.
Community "will have executive powers" - Kosovo office chief
Marko Djuric said on Wednesday the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) will have "tangible executive powers."
According to the director of the Serbian government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija, it will be directly funded by Serbia and excluded from all taxes, customs duties and other payments to institutions in Pristina.
