Mladic files request against re-opening of prosecution case
THE HAGUE - Ratko Mladic, who has been indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), has requested that the prosecution's motion to re-open its case to present evidence about the Tomasica mass grave be denied as it would cause prejudice to his defence at this stage of the trial, the ICTY said in a statement on Thursday.

MICT Prosecutor Jallow to arrive in Serbia on Sunday
THE HAGUE - Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) Prosecutor Hassan Bubacar Jallow will arrive in Serbia on Sunday on an official visit, and then proceed to Sarajevo and Zagreb.
On September 9, Jallow will travel from Belgrade to Sarajevo, and then to Zagreb on September 12, the MICT's press office stated in a release on Tuesday.
