Athens Airport stock takes off from the first day of trading
The premiere of Athens International Airport on the Athens Stock Exchange on Wednesday came with a rise that was approximately at 15%, as the new share closed its first trading at 9.40 euros, with the company that manages the airport showing capitalization of €2.8 billion.

Bill tabled on listing of Athens airport shares

Dimand: Marianna Latsi and George Elliott (Orasis) are new shareholders
Latsco Hellenic Holdings (the family office of Marianna Latsi) and Orasis (the fund of George Elliott) will invest about 25 million euros in Dimand as cornerstone investors, acquiring a total of 8.92% of the company after the increase of share capital and while the company will now be listed on the Stock Exchange.

Turkish grocer to sell 35% stake in Moroccan affiliate
Turkish discount grocer BİM has agreed on selling 35% shares of its Moroccan affiliate to the U.K.-based Blue Investment Holding, according to a statement sent to Turkey's Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on Dec. 9.
Blue Investment Holding is owned by Helios Investment Partners, a private equity fund manager focused on the Africa region.
Terna Energy to raise capital via private placement
Terna Energy has decided to boost its capital by €50.1 million through private placement.
The decision will officially be taken at a general assembly on September 1 at company headquarters. If approved, the company will issue 4,556,757 common shares of a nominal value of €0.30 each, which will be distributed via private placement at an expected price of at least €11.
NBG Pangaea buys CYREIT Variable Investment Company
NBG Pangaea Real Estate Investment Company of Greece announced the completion of its agreement last week with Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited for the acquisition of a portfolio of properties in Cyprus, through the purchase of 100 percent of the management shares and 88.2 percent of the investment shares of Cypriot CYREIT Variable Investment Company PLC.
OPAP to draw millions from share increase
Listed gaming giant OPAP is planning to propose a share capital increase to its shareholders, in order to draw up to 800 million euros, instead of distributing a dividend to its old shareholders, in the period from 2019 to 2023.

400 million euro worth of lease certificates to be issued
