GERB, The Patriots Reach Consensus in 4 Spheres
After another phase of negotiations at parliament for forming of the new Bulgarian cabinet, on Monday Deputy Chair of GERB Tsvetan Tsvetanov commented that till the moment consensus was reached with the United Patriots coalition in the spheres of security, energy, sports and tourism, according to BNR.

DOST Demands Cassation of Bulgaria's Snap Elections
DOST want a cassation of the snap elections on the grounds that the constitutional rights of Bulgarians abroad have been violated.
The leader of DOST Lutvi Mestan insists that the Prosecutor General revoke the immunity of Valery Simeonov, Krasimir Karakachanov, as well as of BSP and GERB representatives.

Nationalists Block Bulgaria's Border Checkpoints with Turkey
Leaders and supporters of the United Patriots blockaded Bulgaria's main checkpoint with Turkey, Kapitan Andreevo, at 10am on Tuesday, claiming they were seeking to stop busloads of Bulgarian Turks arriving from Turkey to vote in the weekend's parliamentary elections.
Another ex-MP Leaving Bulgaria's Patriotic Front
Former lawmaker Valentin Nikolov has quit the Patriotic Front coalition, rejecting its move to run together with far-right Ataka party in the upcoming early election.
Nikolov has followed the example of Dimitar Bayraktarov, calling the coalition "unprincipled" in an interview with private broadcaster NOVA TV.

'No Division' among Bulgarian Nationalists, Leader Says
Patriotic Front (PF) co-leader Krasimir Karakachanov has downplayed any division existing between the two main parties within the nationalist alliance or among other of its parties.
In an interview with public broadcaster BNT, Karakachanov has blamed "hybrid warfare" for the reports he is increasingly at odds with Valeri Simeonov, the chairman of NFSB party and also PF co-leader.
Bulgarian Parliament to Begin Every Session with National Anthem
Lawmakers have agreed to open every session of Bulgaria's Parliament with the national anthem.
The proposal was initially made by the Patriotic Front, the nationalist coalition backing Bulgaria's minority cabinet, but also gathered support among MPs from other parties.
It has been unanimously backed by the 77 MPs present during the vote.
Patriotic Front's Valeri Simeonov Elected Head of Belene Commission
Valeri Simeonov from the Patriotic Front has been elected chairman of the commission which will investigate the facts regarding the Belene nuclear power plant.
At an emergency meeting on Tuesday, deputies voted for the creation of a commission which must investigate the circumstances concerning the project in the period 2006 and the end of September 2016.
Demands for Bribes Received by 46% of Bulgarian Companies
Widespread corruption in the administration restricts the options of Bulgarian companies. A total of 46% have received a demand for a bribe by bureaucrats, showed a survey of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) presented by the chairman of the employers' organisation Tsvetan Simeonov.
According to Simeonov, merely 48% of companies have not been asked for a bribe.
