Kosovo Police Detain Wartime Massacre Suspect
Kosovo's Special Prosecution said in a statement on Wednesday that a suspect identified only by the initials M.A. has been detained "for the criminal offence 'war crimes against the civilian population'".
The prosecution said that the person who was arrested, an ethnic Albanian who holds Serbian citizenship, will soon appear before a pre-trial judge.

Kosovo Ruling Party Denies Running Anti-BIRN Campaign
Basri Musmurati, the secretary of Kosovo's ruling Democratic Party of Kosovo, PDK, has dismissed claims that the party was behind a campaign against BIRN Kosovo in 2009 as "fairytales".
"I am not interested in commenting on Milaim's statements or if he is right or not. I don't care about his fairytales," Musmurati said.

24 Charged over Kosovo Ex-Guerrilla's Prison Breaks
Sami Lushtaku, the mayor of Skenderaj/Srbica who was recently convicted of war crimes, his son and 22 other people, including senior justice ministry officials and prison guards, were charged on Thursday with various crimes which enabled Lushtaku to escape from custody on three separate occasions.
