Janez Koželj, Deputy Mayor of Ljubljana, who is also a professor at Ljubljana's Faculty of Architecture where he lectures on urban design, explains that Ljubljana is looking to attract investment to the municipality, which is managed like a socially responsible company.
Chinese preparing for 2022 Winter Olympics with Slovenian help
The Chinese snowboarding team is being coached by Peter Kotnik, the former head coach of the Slovenian team who still works with Slovenian Žan Košir, a double Olympic medallist in parallel slalom.
"Slovenians are very appreciated in China, and demand for Slovenian experts is high. Work conditions are excellent, and there is no austerity," Kotnik has told the STA.
Slovenia playing prominent role at ITB in Berlin
The focal point will be Slovenia's 202 m2 stand that will highlight spas, historical cities with a special emphasis on Ljubljana, sustainable tourism, and, as the first country to be declared a green destination, as a sustainable tourism destination. Dacic: Relations with Slovenia have improved
LJUBLJANA - Political relations between Serbia and Slovenia have improved greatly over the past several years - there are no contentious issues, and economic cooperation must be developed further, Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said in Ljubljana Wednesday.
