More than 20,000 People were Evacuated Because of Bomb Threats in Moscow
Anonymous bomb signals in nearly 30 buildings were received in Moscow and three Russian regions - Moscow and Rostov and Yamal. While more than 20,000 people were evacuated, TASS reported, referring to local authorities.

Phone Call about a Bomb in Sofia Court House
Bomb alert at the Court of Justice in Sofia. Anonymous male voice called 112 at 8:00 this morning and reported that the court building had an explosive device installed.

Göynük becomes Turkey's new slow city
An old Ottoman town with scenic landscapes and historic memories, the Göynük district of the northwestern province of Bolu has been declared as the latest addition to a network of slow cities by the Cittaslow General Committee.
Eleven Turkish cities have so far been declared as a slow city by the committee.
