A phony social media account spread fake news on Wednesday that famous Greek singer Nana Mouskouri has passed away.

The gruesome news was announced in a fake Twitter account which carried the name and photo of the acting Minister of Culture and Sports Giorgos Koumendakis, who later posted that the fake account was created by Italian writer Tommaso Debenedetti.

Vui met with the head of the European Union delegation in Serbia, Emmanuel Giaufret, as well as with the ambassadors of Germany, France and Italy, Anke Konrad, Pierre Koshar and Luca Gori, respectively.
After the meeting, he announced on his Instagram profile:

"A fair conversation with KFOR commander General Angelo Michele Ristuccia", announced President Vui on his Instagram account.

But editors and journalists in Bosnia tell BIRN they struggle with its inconsistency in content moderation and a lack of transparency about its algorithms. And when they call Facebook for clarification, too often they are left hanging.
