Tsipras holds talks with German chancellor in Berlin
Greek opposition leader Alexis Tsipras met with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, at the headquarters of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) in Berlin Friday for talks that focused on economic and geopolitical developments in Europe and the world, SYRIZA's plan for a progressive governance, foreign policy and the need of political cooperation to contain the threat of the far right.

Tsipras vows equal marriage

Lists for European elections considered
If reelected, the government of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will reportedly seek the return of lists for European elections.
A list election is one in which eligible voters within a specific constituency vote for a list or lists of candidates. This differs from candidate elections, in which voters can only vote for individual candidates.

Tsipras to visit Berlin, meet Scholz
The leader of main opposition SYRIZA, Alexis Tsipras, will travel to Berlin on Thursday for a two-day visit.
Tsipras plans to address Greeks living in Germany at an event organized by the city's SYRIZA organization on Thursday at 8 p.m.
This will be followed by a meeting with the leadership of Germany's left-wing party, Die Linke.
