Remed to Paint New Mural in Serbia's Second City
The French-born mural artist Guillaume Alby, known as Remed, whose works are displayed across the world, has told BIRN that he is on his way back to Novi Sad in northern Serbia, where would have liked to do something different on the same surface that was erased.

2 arrested, more than 5 kilos of marijuana seized in north
The police in Novi Sad have confiscated more than five kilograms of marijuana and arrested two residents of the town of Sombor.
The Interior Ministry (MUP) made the announcement on Thursday.
Vucic to meet with Serbs from region, attend Remembrance Day
NOVI SAD - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will on Wednesday meet with representatives of Serbs in the region and attend a Remembrance Day ceremony commemorating the Serbs killed and expelled in Croatia's 1995 "Operation Storm".
Vucic will meet the Serb representatives in the Novi Sad City Hall at 6 pm, the presidential press office has announced.

Falling tree kills woman during Novi Sad storm
A strong storm hit Novi Sad around noon on Thursday, resulting in the death of a woman who was killed when a tree feel on her car.
According to forecasts, the storm is expected to reach Belgrade around 14:00 hours CET.

Serbian who died fighting in Syria to be buried in Moscow
A Novi Sad man who died in Syria fighting as a volunteer will be laid to rest in Moscow, Vecernje Novosti is reporting on Wednesday.
The Belgrade daily named the man as 25-year-old Sasa Karan.
