Ukraine alleges Russian dirty bomb deception at nuke plant
Ukraine's nuclear energy operator said Tuesday that Russian forces were performing secret work at Europe's largest nuclear power plant, activity that could shed light on Russia's claims that the Ukrainian military is preparing a "provocation" involving a radioactive device.

That is why, as announced on Twitter, that nuclear plant fell out of Ukraine's electricity supply system. Just a few minutes after that announcement, Energoatom announced that the power supply was temporarily enabled by remote connection to other systems.
There's ongoing work to reconnect two working reactors to the grid, according to the latest information.

Westinghouse Fuel Performs Flawlessly in Ukraine NPP, Experts Say
Westinghouse Electric Company's fuel at the South Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant's Unit 3 has performed flawlessly over at least three nuclear cycles, the company has said in a statement.
Inspections at the Yuzhno-Ykrainskaya (South Ukraine) NPP included the examination of six Westinghouse fuel assemblies between February 15 and March 1 of this year.

Ukraine's nuclear utility Energoatom has cast more light on the accident at the Zaporizhye nuclear plant which officials reported earlier on Wednesday.
State-owned Ukrainian utility Energoatom has cited a failure of the voltage transformer at the Auxiliary Power Unit as a reason behind the development, according to UNIAN news agency.
