Turkey sent a plane late on Nov. 12 to help in a search and rescue operation for a Turkish national who went missing during heavy rain in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bosnia, Serbia to Evaluate Post-Flood Reconstruction
The Bosnian and Serbian authorities have started preparations for a follow-up donors' conference which will be held in Sarajevo on September 28, to look into what was has been achieved so far in terms of reconstruction after the catastrophic floods in May 2014.
EC grants 16.2 mln euros to Greece and Bulgaria after natural disasters
The Commission decided to grant aid worth €16.2 million from the EU Solidarity Fund to Greece and Bulgaria following natural disasters that occurred in the winter of 2015. Greece suffered from wide-spread flooding affecting five of its regions, while considerable damage was caused in Bulgaria due to severe winter conditions.
Bosnia Fears Renewed Floods After Heavy Rains
More than 100 houses were inundated by water across central Bosnia on Sunday and Monday after several days of heavy rains and melting snow, sparking public concerns about a possible repeat of last year's flood disaster in the country.
Officials however urged calm, stressing that although most of Bosnia's rivers were on the rise, they were still far from critical levels.
