Turkey wants to invest in Serbia

BELGRADE - Turkish investors are interested in investing in milk production and processing, banking services, the textile industry, agriculture, energy and the construction industry, participants in the sixth Serbian-Turkish business forum, which brought together about 300 companies from the two countries, said in Belgrade Tuesday.

Serbian citizens are most optimistic in region

BELGRADE - Forty percent of Serbian citizens expect the economic situation to improve, while in Croatia that percentage is 11, in Montenegro 26 and in Macedonia 37, according to a survey by Ipsos Strategic Marketing.

The survey states that 33 percent of Serbian people expect their personal financial situation to improve, the daily Politika has reported.

Caretaker PM Georgi Bliznashki Tables Budget Update Draft In Parliament

Caretaker PM Georgi Bliznashki will table a draft proposal for the an update of Bulgaria's state budget on Tuesday.

According to Bilznashki this must be priority number one on the agenda of the Mps.

According to the draft, the budget deficit will reach 4% of the country's GDP, or by more than BGN 1 B above the initially provided.

Gojkovic meets with PACE rapporteur

Slovenia plans to invest in SME sector in Serbia

BELGRADE - Slovenia is planning to invest in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector in Serbia, Slovenian Ambassador Franc But said on Monday after receiving the Danube Flower award at the Danube Business Forum.
