"Russian vaccine - 100 percent effective"

In an interview, which was broadcast on his Twitter account, Maduro stated that no serious complications were noticed after the vaccination with "Sputnik V" vaccine, which is registered in Venezuela, TASS reports.
Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said in December last year that an agreement had been reached with Russia on supplying Venezuela with the "Sputnik V" vaccine.

Firm signs deal to produce Sputnik V vaccine in Turkey

Turkey will produce Russia's Sputnik V vaccine following the completion of legal procedures and technology transfer, the head of Turkish pharmaceutical company VisCoran İlaç Sanayii AŞ told Anadolu Agency on Jan. 25. 

Noting that the deal was signed on Aug. 16 last year, VisCoran's CEO, Özturk Oran, said the company did not think to announce it until they get the license.

Loncar: We are ready to produce vaccines with Russia

He told Russia-24 TV: "I would like to say that we are open for cooperation with Russia. We would like our two countries to work together on the production of vaccines, but also on the joint fight against coronavirus and other diseases," Loncar said, as reported by TASS.
Loncar thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for providing Serbia with the Sputnik V vaccine for research.

Popova: "One should not consume alcohol for two weeks before or after immunization"

This was stated by the Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being, Rospotrebnadzor, Dr Ana Popova.
"Alcohol consumption must stop at least two weeks before immunization, and those who receive the first dose must abstain from alcohol for the next 42 days," Popova told Radio Kosmolskaja pravda on Tuesday.
