Grigor Dimitrov Remains World's N 11, Pironkova, Karatncheva Mark Porgress

Top Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov will retain his 11 position in the ATP World Ranking system. His total accumulated points so far in the season are 2,760.

He will be taking a break this week and then will continue to open the season on grass courts in Queens.

Nadal still upbeat for rest of the year

Rafael Nadal believes he can recover from his crushing French Open quarterfinal defeat by Novak Djokovic and return even stronger. 

The Spaniard, who turned 29 on June 3 when he was beaten 7-5, 6-3, 6-1 by world number one Djokovic, only his second defeat in 11 years at Roland Garros, said he was no longer suffering from the physical problems that affected him last year. 

Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov Defeats Wawrinka, Proceeds to Quarterfinals in Madrid

Bulgaria's top male tennis player Grigor Dimitrov proceeded to the quarterfinals of the men's singles competition of the Madrid Open.

Dimitrov won against Stanislas Wawrinka from Switzerland with 7:6 (5), 3:6, 6:3 in a match, which lasted just below two hours.

Bulgaria's Dimitrov Overwhelmingly Defeats Wawrinka in Monte Carlo

Bulgarian top tennis player Grigor Dimitrov has made it to Monte Carlo quarterfinals after securing a smooth victory against his Swiss opponent Stanislas Wawrinka.

In a 55-minute match of a Masters tournament in Monte Carlo, Dimitrov triumphed 6:1, 6:2 against Wawrinka, who had won the tournament last year.

Djokovic ups score difference, Troicki ranks 36th

LONDON - World's best tennis player Novak Djokovic defended the Miami Open title and increased the score difference against second-ranked Swiss player Roger Federer on the latest ATP list.

Djokovic currently has 13,205 points, 4,310 more than Federer who skipped the Florida tournament where he reached the quarterfinal last year.
