The Administrative Court in Sofia has revealed that the dismantling of the Monument to the Soviet Army was carried out without a legal order, leading to a decisive halt of its relocation, as per the court's order published today.

According to the Central Election Commission's interim results on Monday morning, We Continue the Change won 25.85 per cent of the vote, ahead of ex-premier Boyko Borissov's GERB in close second with 20.38 per cent.

The BSP, which came third in the most recent polls in July, is being given the chance to form a government after failed attempts by the winning party There is Such a Nation and former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov's GERB.

However, hinting at its ambitions to form a government soon, despite returning the mandate to President Rumen Radev, GERB also announced a projected cabinet as a sign that it is ready to offer a new government at any time.
