Kosovo, Serbia Clash in Brussels Over Serb-Majority Municipality Body
Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti on Tuesday refused to accept a draft statute for the establishment of an Association of Serb-Majority Municipalities to represent Serbs' interests in Kosovo, claiming it would establish an entity like Bosnia and Herzegovina's Serb-dominated Republika Srpska, whose leaders have repeatedly challenged the legitimacy of their state.
New round of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue begins in Brussels
BRUSSELS - A new round of the EU-facilitated Belgrade-Pristina dialogue began in Brussels on Tuesday evening.
The meeting began shortly after 6 pm, with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Pristina's PM Albin Kurti expected to discuss a statute of a Community of Serb Municipalities and a declaration on missing persons.
Kosovo Supreme Court Upholds Serb Ex-Policeman’s War Crimes Sentence
Kosovo's Supreme Court on Thursday made public its ruling confirming the sentencing of Goran Stanisic to 15 years' imprisonment for war crimes against ethnic Albanian civilians in the town of Lipjan/Lipljan during the Kosovo war in 1999.
The Supreme Court ruling upheld the previous Court of Appeals verdict convicting Serb wartime reservist policeman Stanisic.

NEW YORK - In a new semi-annual report on Kosovo-Metohija, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres welcomed an EU-facilitated agreement on a road map to normalisation of Belgrade-Pristina relations and its implementation annex.
Vučić on reception of the so-called Kosovo in the Council of Europe: It was expected
"As for the Council of Europe, we knew they had a majority, they had 33 countries, and we expected 34. We knew from the beginning.
