VW’s shares keeps dropping

VW’s shares have dropped by a third over the past few days after VW admitted to selling cars around the world that were equipped with software that cheats on emissions tests.

There are fears that the Volkswagen scandal could have affect not just VW, but the wider German and European car industry.

Volkswagen shares skid 13% on false emission scam in US

Shares in German auto giant Volkswagen fell more than 13 percent on the Frankfurt stock exchange on Sept. 21 after it emerged some of its diesel cars in the United States had been fitted with software that gave false emissions data.

In the first few minutes of trading, VW shares fell by as much as 13.23 percent to 140 euros in a slightly lower market.

PREŠEVO -- The police on Monday found more than 56 kilograms of marijuana hidden in a car stopped at the Preševo border crossing between Serbia and Macedonia.

A statement said that the drugs were found in a Greek license plates Opel Vectra, driven by 40-year-old Greek citizen identified as A.P.
