SNFCC to host Green Deal Greece conference
The Lighthouse venue at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens will host the Green Deal Greece conference on November 2.
Organized by the Technical Chamber of Greece and the economix.gr website, the event is titled "The Resilience of Infrastructures and Regions, Today and Tomorrow: Challenges, threats and opportunities toward the green reform."

AMKA | Athens | October 8
AMKA met in Groningen in the Netherlands, where they were studying at a jazz conservatory, and got together as a band in 2018. Comprising three Greeks and a British singer, they recorded their first tracks at Dudu Loft in Athens, drawing influences from punk, krautrock, noise, disco, jazz and pop sounds.

A sensory-friendly screening - meaning one designed to be accessible to people with autism and sensory processing disorders - of "The Iron Giant," is being shown at the Great Lawn of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (snfcc.org). Part of its Park Your Cinema program, the 1999 animated adventure tells the tale of a young boy's friendship with an alien who looks like a giant robot.

Mobile health units reach most remote corners of the country
The Primary Healthcare - Mobile Medical Units program for remote islands and areas throughout Greece has undoubtedly been a success story.
