Former Greek coup leader Stylianos Pattakos, one of three military chiefs who brought down democratic rule in 1967, has died at his home in Athens after a stroke, reports said Saturday.

Three sought for burglary at 1967 military coup leader's home
Authorities on Thursday were investigating a burglary at the central Athens residence of Stylianos Pattakos, 104, one of the leaders of Greece's 1967 military coup.
According to initial reports, three unknown assailants broke into the residence at 4 a.m. and allegedly overpowered the housekeeper before fleeing with jewelry, rare coins and medals.
