Three Russian military aircraft flying without transponder signals have been intercepted in international airspace over the Baltic Sea, Germany's Luftwaffe said on Wednesday. German and British forces were deployed to identify the two Sukhoi Su-27 fighter aircraft and one Ilyushin Il-20 aircraft, the German air force said on Twitter.

This was announced by the head of the press center of the "East" group, Alexander Gordeyev.

The Ministry of Defense has not sold Su-25 aircraft for more than 10 years, said Minister Dimitar Stoyanov, commenting on a Bloomberg publication according to which Bulgaria sold 14 Soviet-made Su-25 attack aircraft to NATO member countries, which handed them over of Ukraine.

"All Su-25 aircraft that are state-owned (of the Bulgarian Army) are at Bezmer Airport." This is what general Konstantin Popov, former head of defense, told bTV on the occasion of a publication in "Bloomberg" that Ukraine currently has 14 Bulgarian Su-25 aircraft.

"The Ministry of Defense has not sold and/or provided NATO countries with Su-25 aircraft intended for Ukraine." This was stated by the Ministry of Defense to the media regarding information in "Bloomberg" that Bulgaria sold 14 Soviet-made Su-25 attack aircraft to NATO member countries, which handed them over to Ukraine.

Satellite footage on Google Earth from August suggest North Macedonia's four Sukhoi Su-25 ground attack jets are no longer in Skopje.

After local media on Thursday cited unnamed sources saying that North Macedonia has donated four Soviet-era jets to Ukraine, North Macedonia's Defence Ministry neither confirmed nor denied this, but said that it will reveal all information on donations at a later stage.

In total, the authorities in Kyiv will receive 14 "Sukhoi" fighter aircrafts and at least six helicopters. Ukraine's air force has received reinforcements at the same time as the controversy over the delivery of tanks produced in the west. Israel "stopped" a shipment of German anti-tank missiles.
