A new traffic plan for civil servants commuting to the public services that will be relocated from the city center to the former Pyrkal site in the east Athens suburb of Dafni-Ymittos, encourages the use of public transport and bicycles as the preferred mode of transport to offset any possible congestion that will occur.

Greece to require negative Covid tests for travelers from China

Automotive sales down 17 percent in August
More than 48,000 passenger cars and light commercial vehicles were sold in Türkiye in August, pointing to a 17.3 percent declined from a year ago, according to data from the Automotive Distributors' Association (ODD).
That followed the 9.1 rise in vehicle sales in the previous month.

Number of passengers in public transportation up in 2021
Ljubljana – The number of passengers carried in public transportation in Slovenia was up significantly last year compared to 2020. However, taking into account all the restrictions due to the epidemic, the numbers recorded in 2021 are still relatively low compared to the pre-Covid year 2019, the Statistics Office said on Tuesday.
