Apple will later this year release a "HomePod" music-centric smart home speaker, challenging a market currently dominated by Amazon and Google in its latest move to weave deeper into people's lives.

Apple released a big new update for iPhones and iPads on Monday with nifty features like Find My AirPods and Siri improvements, but most people won’t even notice the biggest change.
As part of the iOS 10.3 update, Apple changed a basic part of how every iPhone and iPad works — its file system, or the way the computer stores data and knows where and how to find it.

Turkey's flagship carrier Turkish Airlines on Oct. 21 said it has banned Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 smartphones from all of its flights with immediate effect after reports of fire risk.

Apple Inc on Aug. 27 invited journalists to a Sept. 9 event, where it is expected to unveil new iPhones and potentially a new version of its Apple TV set-top box.

The email invitation includes a colorful Apple logo with the sentence "Hey Siri, give us a hint," referring to Apple's popular digital voice assistant.

The Turkish government will deliver 10,600 tablet PCs in the next four years, beginning from 2016, President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an said, noting that the production of the equipment would be conducted both in Turkey and abroad.
