Israel okays Energean acquisition of Karish, Tanin gas fields
The Petroleum Council of Israel has approved the acquisition of 100 percent of the Karish and Tanin natural gas fields by Energean Oil & Gas from Delek Drilling and Avner Oil for $148 million.
Delek Drilling and Avner, both subsidiaries of Delek Group, were required by the government to sell off some assets in an effort to open the sector to competition.
Dacic receives new UNMIK chief Tanin
Serbia's First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has received newly-appointed UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) Zahir Tanin on Tuesday for the first time.
Dacic "voiced his expectation that the mission would continue to work at full capacity, based on its mandate and in line with UNSC Resolution 1244."

Afghanistan's Tanin is new head of UN mission in Kosovo
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has appointed Zahir Tanin as new chief of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK).
Tanin is Afghanistan's permanent representative to the United Nations.
