BELGRADE -- The Serbian government has held a commemorative session for Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Policy Jovan Krkobabić.
Krkobabić passed away on Tuesday, at the age of 84.

Awards handed out to best young scientists
BELGRADE - The International conference of young scientists, which was a major success for the Belgrade 2 Regional Talent Centre, ended on Tuesday with an award ceremony.
The conference involved young scientists from 18 countries worldwide, including Germany, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Singapore and Indonesia.

BELGRADE - The High Court in Belgrade has announced on Wednesday that a 30-day detention was ordered for Aleksandar Bijelic, former Belgrade city manager, and eight other people suspected of abuse of office in connection with the 2010 reconstruction of the capital's longest street, King Aleksandar Boulevard.
