President Erdoğan warns Greece over Aegean airspace violations
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Sept. 3 warned Greece it would pay a "heavy price" if it continued to "harass" Turkish planes over the Aegean.
"Hey Greece, take a look at history. If you go further, you will pay a heavy price," Erdoğan told a rally in the Black Sea region.

The 21st century will be marked as the century of Türkiye thanks to its economic and democratic achievements outlined by the 2053 and 2071 visions, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has said, suggesting that current difficulties, such as the high cost of living and inflation, will be eased by 2023.

Government mulls housing project for mid-income groups
As part of its efforts to address the growing problems regarding property prices and rents, the government considers launching a new project to build houses for middle and upper-middle income groups.
Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Company will coordinate the project, but private developers will also take part in the scheme.
Palestinian President Abbas to visit Türkiye
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is due in Türkiye today for a three-day official visit, the state news agency Wafa reported.
Abbas will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Minister visits country’s largest hospital for inspections before launch
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca has paid a visit to Etlik City Hospital, a health center in the capital Ankara which will be the country's largest hospital based on field size, to conduct inspections before it is opened to service officially.
"We visited the hospital to inspect the latest preparations before the opening," Fahrettin Koca tweeted on Aug. 18.
