Turkey extends mission for Oruç Reis seismic vessel in the region of Antalya Gulf
Turkey has issued another navigational telex, or Navtex, for the area in the Eastern Mediterranean where it will conduct seismic research activities.
Turkish Navtex seen as a nod to exploratory talks
Turkey on Tuesday issued a navigational telex, or Navtex, for seismic exploration within the contours of its continental shelf through June 21.
According to the telex, issued by the Antalya station, survey work will be conducted by the Oruc Reis, Ataman and Cengiz Han vessels.

Turkey issues Navtex for military exercise southeast of Crete
In a message on Navtex, the international maritime navigational telex system, Turkey said Saturday it would carry out "military exercises" on Monday in a zone southeast of Greece's island of Crete.
On Friday, Ankara announced that a firing exercise would take place on December 9 and 10 in the sea area between the Greek islands of Rhodes and Kastellorizo
Oruc Reis sails back into Greek waters
Seismic vessel Oruc Reis entered Greek territorial waters on Thursday afternoon and is moving westward, within the area outlined by the Navtex issued by Turkey's navy on Monday.
The ship is accompanied by the auxiliary vessels Ataman and Cengiz Han and Turkish Navy ships. which in turn are monitored by the Greek Armed Forces.

Ankara has issued a new navigational telex extending its reservation of an area stretching from west of the southeastern Aegean island of Kastellorizo to south of Rhodes.
Turkey issues new Navtex in Cyprus' EEZ
Turkey issued a new Navigational Telex (Navtex) on Thursday night, reserving a maritime area in Cyprus' exclusive economic zone (EEZ) for drilling activities, Cypriot news outlet Politis reported.
The new Navtex concerns the activities of the Turkish drillship Fatih, and will come into force as of September 4.
