Turkish ourt orders arrest of five in wiretapping of Erdoğan case
An Ankara court ordered on Dec. 1 the capture of five suspects in an investigation into the illegal wiretapping of President Recep Tayyip ErdoÄan, in which 13 were charged with âpolitical espionage.â
The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutorâs Office had drafted an indictment to the Ankara 7th Heavy Penal Court, Anadolu Agency reported on Nov. 18.

17 police officers detained in new operations
Seventeen police officers were detained on Nov. 12 as a part of a fresh wave of operations conducted in seven provinces across Turkey.
Teams from the organized crime branch launched the operations on the order of the Istanbul Public Prosecutorâs Office.
