In the eastern province of Mardin, the chambers called "abbaras," which are vaults located between two walls in the province's historical streets, attract the attention of local and foreign tourists.

The French Institute in Athens, in cooperation with the Belgian Embassy, is holdings its sixth Night of Ideas, where members of the public are invited to engage in discussion and debate with intellectuals, academics, artists, documentary filmmakers and other thinkers.

A 19-year-old woman in Turkey's southern province of Antalya fell from the balcony of her seventh floor apartment but managed to cling to life by grabbing the sixth floor balcony parapets and leaping to the terrace below. 

On June 23, Aybüke Y?lmaz went out on her apartment's balcony in Turkey's Mediterranean province of Antalya where she lives with her parents.
