Bus driver arrested after deadly collision with train
Seven people died in the December 21 accident - five immediately, and two more later in the hospital.
The driver, who was injured, was questioned after recovering and put in detention for up to 30 days on December 31, the Basic Public Prosecution in Nis announced on Thursday.

Man bites policeman in southwestern Serbian town
Radio Sto Plus reported this on Tuesday, saying that the incident, which left the officer seriously injured, happened the day before.
The attack took place in Vuka Karaduica St. when a police patrol responded to a report of an intoxicated S.L. driving his BMW X5 into a street pole, and then parking the car in front of a high school.

US Serbs Urge Congress to Reject Kosovo Partition
Leaders of Serbian Orthodox congregations and Serbian-American organisations have appealed to Congress members and the US administration to protect the rights of Kosovo Serbs and expressed "strong opposition to the proposed ethnic partition of the territory", Serbian media reported on Monday.
