Balkan Leaders Congratulate Johnson on UK Election Victory
Leaders in Bosnia, Bulgaria, Kosovo and Serbia on Friday warmly congratulated British Conservative Party leader Boris Jonson on his striking victory in the UK parliamentary elections. Johnson, who took power in July after toppling a minority government led by Theresa May, called the election on a pledge to "get Brexit done" if he won a majority.

He said that "Albanian spring has already begun".
Following Kurti's stay in Gostivar, Taravari called on Albanians to vote for Vetvendosje! on his Facebook profile, seeing Kurti as a "cure" for healing Kosovo society and bringing well-being to all Albanians.
Early Elections in Kosovo on 6 October
Kosovo will hold snap elections on October 6th, the president's cabinet announced today after lawmakers voted last week to dissolve parliament following the departure of the prime minister, reported the Bulgarian National Television.

Belgrade-Pristina dialogue continues at technical level
The technical negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina will continue in Brussels on Tuesday, January 16.
The Serbian delegation will be led by the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, the Office confirmed for Tanjug on Sunday.

High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini will host an informal meeting with the Presidents Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia and Hashim Thaçi of Kosovo on Thursday 31st August in Brussels, reported European Western Balkans.

Foreign Minister Kotzias’ program in the US
