A 17-year-old Roma boy was dead when transferred to the hospital of Thebes, central Greece after a police chase on Saturday night.

According to the information, the police were trying to do a car search of a suspicious car in the greater area of Aliarto in the Boeotia region.

"Who built Thebes of the seven gates? In the books you will find the name of kings. Did the kings haul up the chunks of rock? There are so many reports and so many questions."

Egyptian authorities were unveiling on Nov. 25 a renovated ancient promenade in the city of Luxor dating back 3,000 years, the latest government project undertaken to highlight the country's archaeological treasures.
