Bulgaria finally has a new government, after parliament voted on three points this afternoon - the election of a prime minister, the adoption of a structure of the Council of Ministers and the election of a cabinet.

Exactly at 16:01 p.m. Kiril Petkov was elected Prime Minister of Bulgaria. His candidacy was accepted by 134 votes to 104.

At 9.00 a.m. today, the consultations with President Rumen Radev for forming a government began. First, he received representatives of "There Is Such a People."

The first sitting of the 47th National Assembly was opened with a solemn ceremony at 9.00 today. The expectations for the third Bulgarian parliament for this year are high.

President Rumen Radev convenes the first sitting of the newly elected 47th National Assembly on Friday, December 3, at 9:00 AM.
