Nikolic named head of council for coordination with Russia, China
BELGRADE - The Serbian government on Wednesday named former Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic as head of the National Council for Coordination with the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
At a session, the government also appointed the members of the Council.
Vucic brings EU flag back to Presidency
President Aleksandar Vucic has brought the flag of the EU back to the Serbian Presidency building.
The daily Blic writes that this was "one of the first moves he made" since becoming president last Wednesday.
The EU flag was removed from the presidency "several years ago" by Vucic's predecessor Tomislav Nikolic.

Vucic takes over presidential duties at Andricev venac
BELGRADE - New Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday took over the presidential duties from the previous head of state, Tomislav Nikolic, at a ceremony in the Presidency building at Andricev venac in downtown Belgrade.
In the ceremonial hall of the Presidency, Nikolic handed over to Vucic the presidential standard and the state seal.

Nikolic to put forward 5-6 people as members of new council
BELGRADE- Outgoing Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said Thursday he would put forward at least five or six people as members of a national council to be tasked with cooperation with Russia and China.
Speaking to Sputnik, Nikolic, who is set to retire on May 31, said he would chair the council without fee.
Council for Cooperation with Russia and China established
The decision on the establishment of the National Council for the Coordination of Cooperation with Russia and China has been published in the Official Gazette.
This body will be chaired by Tomislav Nikolic, whose term in office as president expires at the end of May.
