From Tomorrow Vitinya Tunnel to Sofia will be Closed for Repairs

Days after the one tunnel of the Vitinia tunnel on the Hemus highway had been opened after repair, the road agency shuts off the other tube - from Varna to Sofia.

The repair should continue until the end of November. Heavy trucks over 10 tonnes will continue to pass through the bypass route on the old Botevgrad - Sofia road.

Scientists from the Bulgarian Academy of Science have Demanded the State be Responsible for Kaliakra

Scientists from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, who have developed the integrated Natura 2000 management plan near Kaliakra, have demanded that the state and municipalities bear the responsibility for the case-by-case decisions, and not accuse them.  

Unknown Church Has Been Discovered by the Archeologists From the Regional Museum of History in Russe

An unknown church has been discovered by the archaeologists from the Regional Museum of History in Russe. They said that the church has not been mentioned in the plans of the Medieval town of Cherven, reported BGNES.

This is the 16th temple in the territory of the metropolitan center from the time of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom.
