Vaccination campaign/ 16,896 persons vaccinated in the past 24 hours

The National Committee for the Coordination of Anti-COVID Vaccination informs that, in the past 24 hours, 16,896 people have taken the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, according to data provided by the National Institute of Public Health (INSP), through the National Electronic Register of Vaccinations application.

Greece has so far vaccinated 49,661 people against Covid-19

Greek health authorities have vaccinated 49,661 people with the first dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 jab since the country received its first batch on December 27, according to a health ministry official on Monday.

Speaking at the daily press conference on developments with the pandemic, Marios Themistokleous said the number corresponds to 0,46% of the Greek population.

Slovenia to get 26,000 Moderna vaccine doses before March
