Police have discovered a Turkish man has been driving a car without a driver's license and without hands for more than a decade.

A municipal worker in the town of Trikala, northern Greece, sticks a "warning" ticket on a motorcycle that is illegally parked in a pedestrianized zone. The next step is a parking ticket and a fine. A 64-year-old truck driver was under the influence of alcohol when he lost control of his vehicle on Kifissou Avenue and crashed into two cars, killing both drivers, in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred at 5.40 a.m., according to traffic police who determined that the level of alcohol in the truck driver's blood was much higher than the legal limit.

A Belgian citizen was very surprised when he received a fine ticket for driving at a speed of 696-kilometer per hour with his Opel Astra, the French press reported.

The man who is about 30 years old blew his eyes several times, when he saw the speed-score sheet, detected by police radar in Kyivren municipality, near the border with France, said the French newspaper "Voe du Nor".
